What is the offer from Najem Okazjonalny Sp. z o.o.

The company whose corporate name translates as OCCASIONAL RENTAL [NAJEM OKAZJONALNY], operating on the market since January 2017, provides services supporting the signing of occasional rental agreements, which can be used by:
tenants in the event they do not have an address securing the occasional rental agreement,
– landlords to more effectively secure their property
– real estate agents to more effectively secure the interests of their clients

The Company owns a property where tenants can take residence in the event of eviction.

The statement document under which the Company grants consent to the tenant to take residence in the property is drawn up with a notarized signature.

In addition, the landlord is provided with a WARRANTY from the Company under which the Company undertakes to pay to the landlord a compensation of PLN 10,000.00, if, due to the fault of the Company, the tenant is unable to take residence in any premises owned by the Company.

STEP BY STEP

In order to start our procedure, we need signed consents for personal data processing (GDPR). The GDPR information clause must be completed by all adults who are parties to the rental agreement (landlord and tenants). Scans of these documents are sufficient.

1. Send the data to be included in our statement to the following email address najem@okazjonalny.info:

  • Names and surnames of the Landlords who are parties to the rental agreement
  • Names and surnames of the Tenants who are parties to the rental agreement
  • rental agreement effective date
  • rental agreement termination date
  • exact address of the rented property (city, postal code, street, block number, apartment number)
  • invoice data (name, surname and exact address of the payer with street, city and postal code)
  • data for courier shipment (name, surname, telephone number and exact address of the recipient with street, city and postal code)

2. Within 2 working days a courier service will deliver to you a package from the Company containing:

  • Statement from a representative of the Company granting consent to the tenant to take residence within the premises owned by the Company,
  • Statement for the Tenant naming the premises owned by the Company as the address for eviction
  • Invoice

3. Once the documents have been completed (occasional rental agreement; notarized statement of the Company’s representative; your statement in which you indicate the address of the Company), you need to go to a notary public where you voluntarily submit to the procedure under Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

4. With these three documents in hand, you can proceed to the procedure handing over the residential premises.

PRICE LIST

Gross PLN 350 payable on receipt of a courier package containing:

  • Notarized statement of the Company’s representative granting consent to the tenant to take residence in the property owned by the Company,
  • Statement for the Tenant naming the premises owned by the Company as the address for eviction
  • Invoice

The amount of PLN 350 is a one-off, fixed payment regardless of the term of the occasional rental agreement or the number of parties signing the agreement.
