Occasional lease is an increasingly common form of lease agreement, as it transparently defines the rules between the Tenant and the Landlord. After completing the documents, you should go to a notary, where you will voluntarily submit to the rigors of Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Then all that is left is to hand over the documents to the Owner, collect the keys and move into the rented premises.

The price for ordering a declaration for an occasional lease agreement is PLN 399 gross, payable online or upon delivery by courier.
The amount of PLN 399 is a one-off, fixed amount regardless of the duration of the occasional lease agreement or the number of people signing the agreement.
The declaration can be ordered by the Owner of the apartment, the Tenant or the Real Estate Agent on behalf of their client.

You will receive a paper declaration with a notarized signature within 2 business days of placing your order.
Documents in PDF format with a qualified electronic signature are sent on the day the order is placed (for orders placed by 5:00 p.m. on business days).
