What is the offer from Najem Okazjonalny Sp. z o.o.

The company whose corporate name translates as OCCASIONAL RENTAL [NAJEM OKAZJONALNY], operating on the market since January 2017, provides services supporting the signing of occasional rental agreements, which can be used by:
tenants in the event they do not have an address securing the occasional rental agreement,
– landlords to more effectively secure their property
– real estate agents to more effectively secure the interests of their clients

The Company owns a property where tenants can take residence in the event of eviction.

The statement document in which the Company agrees to the Lessee’s residence in its real estate is executed with a notarized signature or in PDF format with a qualified electronic signature.

In addition, the landlord is provided with a WARRANTY from the Company under which the Company undertakes to pay to the landlord a compensation of PLN 10,000.00, if, due to the fault of the Company, the tenant is unable to take residence in any premises owned by the Company.

STEP BY STEP

2. Prepare the data that must be included in our application:

  • Names and surnames of Lessors specified in the lease agreement
  • Names and surnames of the Lessees specified in the agreement
  • date of concluding the lease agreement
  • lease expiration date
  • exact address of the leased real estate (city, postal code, street, house number, apartment number)
  • invoice data (name, surname and exact address of the payer with indication of street, city and postal code)
  • data for courier delivery (name, surname, telephone number and exact address of the recipient with indication of street, city and postal code)

3. Click the button ORDER. You will be redirected to the platform of our partner, SIMPL.RENT.

  • Create an account.
  • Confirm email address.
  • Log in to your account.
  • Click the button ORDER. Fill in the form. Remember the obligatory fields.
  • Choose a type of extract (a paper document with a notarized signature or a PDF document with a qualified electronic signature).
  • Pay for your order at PayU or choose payment by courier.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the data.
    • If you choose an extract in PDF version with a qualified electronic signature, you will receive an e-mail from the Company that includes:
      • Extract in PDF format, signed by a representative of the Company, on the consent of the Lessee to live in the premises owned by the Company,
      • Extract for the Lessee in PDF format, in which he, as the address for eviction, indicates the premises owned by the company
      • VAT invoice in electronic version
    • If you choose an extract with a notarized signature, within 2 working days you will receive from the Company a courier package that contains:
      • Extract signed by the Company’s representative on the consent of the Lessee to live in the premises owned by the Company,
      • Extract for the Lessee, in which he, as the address for eviction, indicates the premises owned by the Company
      • VAT invoice

4. Once the documents have been completed, you need to go to a notary public where you voluntarily submit to the procedure under Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

5. With these three documents in hand, you can proceed to the procedure handing over the residential premises.

PRICE LIST

399 PLN gross, paid online or upon delivery

The sum of 399 PLN is one-time, fixed, regardless of the duration of the temporary lease agreement or the number of persons signing the agreement.
